Grand Light makes it easy for you to shop our exclusive line of merchandise from the convenience of your computer. You can use our site to make purchases online or offline. These instructions will help guide you through the shopping process.

GETTING STARTED Every product that can be purchased has an Buy Now button next to the product, or product description. Click to add the item to your Shopping Cart. THE SHOPPING CART After clicking on the Add to Cart button, you will be brought to your Shopping Cart. The Shopping Cart contains all items that you have selected for purchase. From this point, you have four options to choose from. 1. Continue Shopping If you selected Continue Shopping, you may add items to your cart until you are ready to check out. If at any time you are ready to check out and don't want to add any more items to your cart, then select the View Cart button located on the top of each page to go directly to your Shopping Cart. 2. Change Shopping Cart Contents Before checking out, you may change the contents of your cart in two ways. a. If you want to delete an item from your cart, click Del next to that item. b. If you want to change the quantity of an item in your cart enter the quantity desired in the quantity box. After entering the desired quantity, click Recalculate to display the new total. 3. Proceed to Checkout Once you have decided to purchase the items in your Shopping Cart, select the Order Now button. You will be given the option to Order online and a secure page will ask for your billing and shipping information, as well as your credit card information. 4. Cancel Order To cancel your order, click the Cancel Order button. FINALIZING YOU ORDER Once you have finished shopping and are ready to purchase the items in your cart, select the Order Now button to place your secure order online. A secure page will ask for your billing and shipping information, as well as your credit card information. After completing the form, If you press the Submit Order button more than once, only one order is placed. After submitting your order, you will receive a page confirming the receipt of your order along with an order confirmation number. A Grand Light represenative will notify you upon recipt of order to confirm your shipping and billing information.
